She teaches the Florida associate and broker pre-license course, the Florida post-licensure courses for associates and brokers in addition to providing Florida certified continuous education for real estate agents, brokers and instructors. Her specialties also include Fair Housing and Diversity, Brokerage Relationship Disclosures and Professional Standards education including New Member Ethics, Member Quadrennial Ethics and the training of personnel with regard to board functions of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.

Active in the Realtor® Association, Deb is a past-president of the St. Petersburg Suncoast Association of REALTORS® and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Realtors®. Deb currently serves the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization as a member of the Professional Standards Committee.

Ms. Diesing moved from Wisconsin to Florida when she joined her father in the family real estate brokerage business in St. Petersburg. As a 30 year Florida resident and second generation REALTOR® she assumed control and management of the firm as Broker and President of the Arbor Realty Group, Inc. The industry is fortunate to learn from her.
