Coco is an entrepreneur, and a real estate and technology professional. She is the Managing Broker at the office of John R. Wood REALTORS®, and the owner of Corinne Waldenmayer Inc., a real estate consulting company. She is software engineer who worked for the defense industry for 19 years, while being involved in real estate as the managing partner of a real estate syndication corporation. She retired from engineering in 1999 and became an award-winning top producer for Prudential California Realty, in the luxury southern California market.
Coco ran her own brokerage firm in Montana, where she moved with her developer husband in 2005. By 2008, her company was the most productive in her market area, surpassing her closest competition in volume per agent by more than 200%. Corinne Waldenmayer Inc, dba Walden Properties, was named “…one of 180 companies to watch…” in 2008 by RIS Media Power Broker Survey. While in Montana, she authored and taught the first now state-mandated Supervising Broker’s course.
Coco is a Florida-licensed instructor, as well as member of the Florida REALTORS® faculty. She is a graduate of ITI, GRI, AHWD, and CIPS. Her instructing specialties are brokerage management, real estate technology, and sales and marketing. She is deeply involved in her professional community, and sits on her association’s MLS, Professional Development and Marketing Committees. She is the Vice-Chair of Naples Area Association of REALTORS® (NABOR) public-facing MLS NaplesArea.com, and a member of NABOR’s Media Relations Committee, where she represents NABOR in the Spanish-speaking media.
Coco speaks French, English and Spanish and in addition to being on the staff at Trans-Equity Inc., she is available for agent coaching and real estate management consulting.
